-Go back up rose trail to wizard retreat.
-Give Coil Man oil by dragging and dropping on donation box.
-Read magic word he gives you and type in local chat.
-Take teleporter upstairs.
-Read what wizard tells you.
-Put items she asks for in crystal ball (works like oil can did)
-Read the rest of what wizard says
-Take teleport downstairs
-Collect three objects hidden there
-Hover text is like a flashing billboard telling you where they are.
-Walk through Phantom wall where you see Roman number 3 on the flloor texture.
-Read what Dylan and Namaka say.
-Follow them through the portal.
